Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All digital items, including eBooks, are exempt from being returned and/or refunded. If you encounter any issues with the delivery of a digital item, please CONTACT US for assistance. We’ll do our best to promptly resolve your issue.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days, depending on method of original payment.

Late or missing refunds

If it has been more than 10 business days and you haven’t received a refund, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

While we understand damages can occur, please note we are not responsible for small damages that may happen during the shipping process. We will do our best to ensure your items are safely packaged, however should minor damages occur during the shipping process, replacements will not be sent.

If your item arrives significantly damaged, please CONTACT US within 5 calendar days of receipt of your order so we determine a suitable solution for you.

We do not offer replacements for general wear and tear on books.

Please note, not all replacements and/or refunds are guaranteed. They are offered at Elyse Kelly Books LLC discretion.

Shipping returns

Once you have contacted us regarding your return, we will email you a return shipping label. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the returned item(s) and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your shipping location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
